Fees and Funding

The fee schedule for autism/ADHD assessments begins at $2,750.00, and is adjusted depending on the requirements of each individual. Please discuss your requirements with Adelle in order to obtain a quote for your assessment. Payment plans are available if required. No Medicare rebates are available for assessment services (unless a child is referred by a paediatrician, which attracts a small rebate of less than $100).

Fees for a standard 50 minute session vary depending on whether clients are self-funding, or using NDIS.  A Medicare rebate may be claimed for your first 10 sessions per calendar year, for clients with a Mental Health Care Plan who meet eligibility criteria.  The rebate is currently $131.65.

If you have private health insurance you may be able to access a rebate through your fund. Please check with your fund to confirm any rebates available to you, and the number of sessions for which you may claim. You are not able to claim both a Medicare rebate and a private health fund rebate for the same session. 

NDIS funding may be used by participants whose funds are self-managed or plan-managed.  Please be aware that the NDIS will require a report from the treating professional at the time of plan review. Time will need to be allocated for report writing, therefore please give at least one month's notice prior to your review date. You will need to ensure that 2 hours of funding are kept aside, to cover the cost of NDIS reports.

If, for any reason, Medicare, NDIS, or your private health fund refuse payment, then you are fully responsible for the fee.
